Expediting is based on a matrix of items due and CSI codes or Cost Codes related to items due.
LIST MANAGEMENT
List Management is a module in which you can create project specific drop down lists for you modules. ( CSI Codes, Document Disciplines, Document Status, Meeting Minute Categories, Punch List Cost, Shippers, States, and UCI Codes).
To customize the List Management
• | Click On Your Organization Name |
• | Click on Project Name |
• | Click on Project Setup |
• | Click on List Management |
• | From the drop down box, click on the item you want to revise |
You have two options for creating your list management.
Option #1 is the customize the existing list and
Option #2 is the create a new list completely.

The folder icon creates a folder for Main List Items / Categories. |
Place a checkbox next to the project you would like to Edit you can then modify the project setup name, details and project numbers. |
If you select the item package by placing a check-mark next to the package you can then edit the item (You can also edit by just clicking the item number in the summary screen) |
Select the item you would like to remove by placing a checkbox next to its name and then click "Delete" |
Each of these selections comes with a default set of information. You have the ability to revise the existing information, delete the information and insert all new, or use the default information as is.
Expediting Defaults are one of the items you can customize in List Management. The system is setup with 3 default project lists. You can add, modify or remove items within the desired list. You can also create a custom expediting item list that will show up when creating in the program in this section.

Pre-Con has all numbers labeled in the 100's
Construction Lists label in the 200's
Closeout Lists label in the 300's
This is done from a consistency standpoint; if each project is setup the same any PM or Superintendent will be able to go from job to job and understand the numbering schema. Although you can create, edit, remove and change items, for custom logs such as managing Cost Events we suggest you use a custom number set as in the 400's, 500's or 600's.
To add items (Example 111 Department of Health Certificate Form), simple click into or edit the folder contents and click "Create New Item" and enter in your code and Description
• | To Create A CSI Code in List Management, you will need to take one more step in the process |
• | Select CSI from the List Management, and then edit or click on the division you would like to add or edit codes in. |
• | At the CSI code screen, click on the Create A New List Item icon ![]() |
• | Insert name, description and sort order |
• | Click on the Save button |
• | Continue with process until all CSI codes are entered |
To reset the default divisions and codes to their original state,
