Scheduling Project Reports

Plans and Specs can send out all project reports on a pre-defined schedule. We have found this to be a wonderful tool for keeping team members up to date on issues.

 

 

Create a Report Schedule

 

Click on the "Create Schedule" Icon

 

 

Select the project that you would like to schedule for and click next.

 

 

Set your report criteria and preview the report using the print icon. After the report is satisfactory, click the Next button.

 

 

Set your Schedule & ** Do not forget to Add Recipients Click save you your report will be sent to your email per your schedule.
