Running a Call Sheet or Bid Package Report

 

 

To run a call sheet on your project, you can click on reports or use the shortcut icon within your location

 

Report Options are as follows:

 

 Portrait is a SUMMARY Report

 This report contains all of the pertinent data and status

 

 Landscape is a DETAILED Report

 This report has all address data included for the bidding company & users

 

If you are running multiple bid packages, it is key to enter in the bid package number in the Criteria Options or to specify the folder from which you need to run the report.

 

Print Comments

Will display all of the notes entered in for the bidder and his responses; check that option if you need all comments to print

 

Exporting as an Excel Spreadsheet

To the right of refresh and rest ( Gold Buttons ) is a link to download your entire report as a formatted spreadsheet. Click the link to have the spreadsheet downloaded to your computer.
