Plans and Specs will import a spreadsheet to the punch list section. The controls also check the item name for updating purposes, so using this tool will allow you to import and sync all tasks.
Click the Import from CSV icon and the following screen opens up:
Browse for the file and select it to be uploaded, the next screen appears:
The drop downs will allow you to map the fields from your spreadsheet for import. Upon mapping completion, click the "Import Punch List" button and your tasks will be in the system.
