The Creator of an RFI is the responsible person for closing an RFI

 

 

You have 2 options for closing an RFI. The recommended method is to select the posted reply and click the "Chose Response and Close" icon.

 

This method automatically moves the posted reply to the answer box ( you can select multiple responses in this action ), Sets the status to closed and time date stamps the activity log of the user and action.

 

The second option is to type your response into the answer box followed by selecting "Chose Response and Close" icon.
