StratusVue works well on most browsers, and you can use an older version in most cases, but cannot guarantee older versions will provide the desired experience.
Due to changing technologies, the following minimum browser level is required for support.
We provide full support for:

| ▪ | Firefox 29 and later |
| ▪ | Safari |
We do not support:
| • | Internet Explorer 7 or 8, for which support ended in December, 2014. New features released after this time will not be tested against these browsers, and support is not provided for them. |
| • | Internet Explorer 6 |
Chrome
Minimum Browser Requirement is version 36.0
Chrome can be used for access and processing, but does not fully function within the system

Add https://www.PlansandSpecs.com to your trusted Sites
To do this, go to your

| • | click on Internet options |
| • | Select the Security Tab |
| • | Click "Sites" button |
| • | Close Window |

All Reports and Printed Screen open in their own window
Disable Auto Form Filling
Websites can remember your username, password and address. This is controlled by your Internet Options. One of the choices in Internet Options is to remember any web form you work on. You will need to turn this option off. Answers, Replies and Addressed Parties can be auto filled if this is left enabled.
To do this, go to your

| • | click on Internet options |
| • | Select the Content Tab |
| • | Click "Settings" button next to Auto Complete |
| • | Uncheck "Forms" and click okay |
| • | Close Window |
