My company submitted the Subcontractor application, how soon will Pepper Construction contact us? We require 30 business days to process your application and your firm will be contacted by a Pepper Construction Project Assistant for next steps.

My company is a registered MBE-WBE business, is there another form that we need to complete? No. After your firm has submitted the Subcontractor  application and been contacted by a Pepper Construction associate, you will be notified of Pepper's request for additional materials.

My company is interested in submitting a bid for a Pepper Construction project and we are waiting for our Subcontractor application to be processed, may we acquire plans and submit our bid? No. All though we appreciate your desire to work with Pepper Construction, we require all new Subcontractors to be approved before distributing and bid solicitations.

Our firm is a Subcontractor to an approved Pepper Construction Subcontractor, can our firm continue to be a Subcontractor to our customer who is an approved Pepper Construction Subcontractor and be a direct Subcontractor to Pepper Construction? Yes.

How can our company be introduced to the other Pepper Construction offices? When completing your profile on the Sub-Guard application, indicate the cities that your firm services and your company profile will be noted.
